37 Movies and Shows Hit Netflix Today

Netflix welcomed nearly 40 new titles to its streaming library May 1, marking the platform’s traditionally robust first-of-month content refresh. The extensive lineup includes a mix of original series, acclaimed films, and nostalgic favorites now available for subscribers.

Tina Fey’s highly anticipated reboot The Four Seasons leads the notable additions. The Netflix original series has garnered critical acclaim with its star-studded ensemble featuring Fey, Steve Carell, Will Forte, Kerri Kenney-Silver, Marco Calvani, Erika Henningsen, and Colman Domingo.

Steven Soderbergh’s complete Ocean’s trilogy also joins the streaming giant’s catalog. The heist franchise starring George Clooney, Brad Pitt, and an extensive A-list ensemble brings all three installments — Ocean’s Eleven, Ocean’s Twelve, and Ocean’s Thirteen — to the platform simultaneously.

Amy Schumer’s 2015 hit romantic comedy Trainwreck arrives following the comedian’s recent Netflix original film Kinda Pregnant, which received mixed audience reception earlier this year. The Judd Apatow-directed comedy co-stars Bill Hader and features NBA star LeBron James in a supporting role.
